Work, residential housing, life – Frankfurt has got a new heart

The OMNITURM is the first high-rise in Germany to combine work, residential housing and public life in a single building. We were commissioned by Tishman Speyer to make the laying of the foundation stone of the iconic Frankfurt skyscraper an impressive event. Notwithstanding major logistical challenges in view of the construction site setting and heavy rain, we succeeded in surprising the 450 invited guests in fitting style with a food concept developed by Taste of Now and Hubertus Tzschirner. As well as creating an advance marketing campaign for the project, for the entire time the OMNITURM was under construction we projected images on the surrounding fences, blazoning the claim 'WE ARE THE OMNIPEOPLE' and displaying the faces of well-known Frankfurt personalities whose diversity reflects the special features of the building.
