New working environments in Tower ONE

For our client Crédit Agricole CIB, we designed and realized two office floors in Frankfurt's Tower ONE on a total area of approx. 2,800m².

The aim of our client was to break up traditional office structures and implement numerous homogeneous areas within a heterogeneous overall concept.

In order to involve all of the client's employees in the process of developing the new office space from the outset and to keep them fully informed on the way to the new premises, a wide range of measures were implemented as part of a change process. A 20-strong group of ambassadors acted as a mouthpiece between the project team and employees and was involved in decision-making processes in various working groups, for example on topics such as the brand in the space, office guidelines and work materials.

A showroom at the old office location, where the new working environment could be inspected and tested in advance, had a positive effect on the success of the project.

In addition, all employees were informed about the latest developments via extensive internal communication activities such as videos, newsletter formats and town hall meetings.
