Believing in your own vision - Siebenbergen Island

Believing in your own vision - not always easy, but can be worth the risk!

For the new entrance area of the island of Siebenbergen, we were able to win the pitch of the Museumslandschaft Hessen Kassel with a daring design. We deliberately did not place the new visitor pavilion in the predetermined position and were ultimately able to convince them!

The visitor pavilion now shines with a small shop, café and service area. We opted for natural materials that complement the impressive landscape of the surrounding island. 

The pavilion was opened in summer 2020 - which of course had to be celebrated with an opening event and numerous guests!
