“A good start is half the battle” – and we like to make a point of starting the year for our customers, or launching a new customer project, with an exceptional kick-off event. But this was the first time that we too made the New Year an opportunity for sharing a retrospective view of past projects and looking forward to the future – with an active contribution being made by everyone, from management to work experience trainees.

We conjured up visions in a wide variety of formats and constellations, while taking a close look at our values and the quality of team communication. Although a kick-off event like this can only give an impulse for our daily work together, we are enthusiastic about the many new ideas and suggestions that emerged from the event. The inspiring day came to a perfectly fitting conclusion with the party at an off location that was right up our street.
