Conference for the West Regional Directorate
With the “Best of West” we initiated an event for our customer Union Investment, which was a new conference format that informed the bank advisors in the company’s West regional directorate about company-relevant topics as well as facts and figures. The event was divided into a technical part, which appropriately conveyed this content under the moderation of Saskia Neumann, and a second, relaxed part, which ensured a comfortable end to the conference.
A new format
We were responsible for the conception and event planning of the conference. We developed the new format in close coordination with the customer based on their needs and took over the pre-planning, implementation and postprocessing for the event.
We identified the Grand Hall of the Zollverein in Essen as the optimal location, which allowed for perfect spatial separation of the event sections. A staging element of the event was a blue carpet, which symbolized the welcome of the guests, similar to the use of a red carpet.
