A roadshow with a difference - we make it digitally possible!  Digital Conference Event 

Roadshows have a special place in experiential communication - various events are held in different cities or even countries within a set period of time. This allows you to reach a large number of people up close and connect them through these experiences despite physical distance. In 2020, however, this had to be largely dispensed with - so we developed a digital solution for the originally planned roadshow.

Real events cannot simply be translated into digital - a new concept and well thought-out tools are needed to reach guests and turn them into participants in the event rather than just spectators.

Ten events were turned into a 90-minute livestream. In addition, a virtual room was created in the client's look to accompany the event. Participants were able to meet here virtually and exchange ideas using the chat function. Information and surveys could also be accessed here. This ensured interaction between the participants.

The CI was also transferred to the stage design: a 4x20m wide wall in the look of the company was used as a backdrop to present the live stream as close and realistic as possible.

All the usual formats such as keynote speeches, panel discussions and interviews were used during the event. Presentations were kept short and compact so as not to strain the attention span of the participants. The content was supplemented by video content that was professionally recorded in advance.

This allowed us to efficiently reach all planned participants of the original roadshow, share content effectively and let them participate in the experience through innovative tools and interactive elements.
